Position: Assistant Manager (Systems and Compliance) - Learning and Development Team
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our Learning & Development Systems, Operations, and Compliance portfolios across the US and USI regions. This role is pivotal in coordinating and standardizing activities to ensure consistency across regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and collaborating closely with internal teams and our US counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of L&D Compliance and Systems, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring effective program delivery.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and resources, ensuring robust program development.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor program metrics such as completions and enrollments; analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
· Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and managing system exemptions.
Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
· Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing L&D programs, with a strong emphasis on systems and compliance.
· Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines across time zones.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
· Analytical Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to process and interpret complex data to derive meaningful insights.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently and as part of a team
