Engagement Specialist - Senior Analyst

Work you’ll do
As an Engagement Specialist, you will interact with leaders, business advisors, and professionals directly to discuss issues and guide them, as required. You are expected to work independently, collaborate, and partner with business advisors and business leaders for talent-related outcomes.
The scope includes but is not limited to developing/executing employee engagement, employee advocacy, retention management, people engagement survey, performance management, change management, and other key programs to support business vision and their needs.
• Partner with the leadership team and develop a solid understanding of the business environment
• Program, manage, and execute various engagement programs like the skip-level meetings, walk and talk, and more
• Support, drive, and govern the employee survey participation, and support business leaders and people managers with their engagement action planning and action updates
• Wear a hat of an advocate and an advisor to understand professional concerns and needs, gain meaningful insights, resolves, and/or coordinates resolution of issues by engaging the business and other stakeholders
• Help managers and employees establish appropriate individual development plans in line with the overall business objectives and performance assessment
• Act as a liaison to work with leadership, internal stakeholders, and other teams to enhance the employee experience
• Identify high-risk employees and highlight it to the relevant stakeholders to help initiate discussions in retaining talent proactively
• Conduct stay interviews with employees and provide insights to business leaders and business advisors as a part of planned engagement
• Facilitate business leaders connect with employees for critical cases
• Closely work with various other teams of talent to keep in track of the new hire integration, onboarding program, exit process, and learning logs.
• Be the owner for the rewards and recognition process, and ensure reviewing the nominations, facilitate ceremonies, and timely payout
• Highlight the budget utilizations, penetration levels, and proactively advise the business
Other activities
• Participate and lead (when required) in Performance Management roadshows
• Involve in performance improvement discussion, as and when required
• Assisting the Employee Relations team where insights are required

Qualifications
Required
• Masters in HR/Business Management/Certification in HR
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to present in front of audiences at various levels
• Excellent planning and presentation skills, also requires outstanding attention to detail
• Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
• Passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
Preferred
• Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm
