Deloitte Global Cyber Marketing creates and coordinates high impact, global marketing campaigns to deliver on the practice, industry, and member firms’ marketing strategies to promote solutions/services, business and industry insights, and create a unique client experience. These multifaceted marketing campaigns are designed to enhance Deloitte brand eminence, reaching a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, media, government, non-government organizations, industry influencers, and the internal Deloitte network.
Work you’ll do as a Marketer
As a Strategic Marketer in DTTL, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways, including:
· To serve as marketing and communications advisor to business and key stakeholders
· To help develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of marketing and communications campaigns
· To design, plan and execute priority campaigns, utilizing integrated approach
· To provide innovative approaches and deliver best practices
· To collaborate across the organization to design and deliver campaigns
· To help the leadership plan and manage budgets
· To develop metrics, impact stories, and help define KPIs to measure success
· To support other team members, as appropriate
Skills
· Understanding of the business and its strategies
· Understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
· High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
· Ability to make connections in highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration
· Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence and pivot when warranted
· Ability to work in a virtual environment
· Strong oral and written communication skills and advanced editorial capabilities
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
· Good knowledge of creative design concepts, with an emphasis on quickly developing high quality presentations for use in client-facing documents and presentations
· Multi-channel editorial capabilities—web, mobile, and print
Qualifications
· 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
· Master’s degree is required; However, an undergraduate with good experience and skills can be considered
