Digital Data Analytics Innovation – KX Platforms – Assistant Manager - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The KX Platforms team is a part of the Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering a futuristic and unified experience by providing constant innovation and enhancements to knowledge sharing platforms features, interface, and architecture. The team also optimizes the content on Internal knowledge sharing tools and improve its visibility making sure that the knowledge management platforms are abreast of the constant evolution in KM technologies and are continually enhanced per practitioners needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Platforms:

  • Work with Product Manager in designing the product roadmap for the given fiscal year taking into consideration the product backlog list, leadership priorities and practitioner requirements.
  • Support Product Manager in preparing for the regular PI sprint meetings by shortlisting the product release items per their priorities
  • Have a detailed understanding of product requirements, features and design
  • Have a detailed understanding of Agile (scrum) methodology and its implementation in real time scenarios
  • Co-manage threads of technology enhancement projects, with counterparts in the global technology organization
  • Build strong relationship with the technical teams to execute day to day responsibilities and projects.
  • Do end to end project management, lead the projects at USI level and manage the USI Platforms team/s
  • Participate in the execution of business stakeholder activities in conjunction with technology projects, e.g., trainings, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment etc.
  • Have in depth understanding of all the product related data reports and metrics captured in the site catalyst reports
  • Lead the UAT efforts, analyze the findings and summarize them for the stakeholder
  • Work with product manager on creating the enhancement list to be considered for each of the product releases and confirm that business requirements are being met
  • Proactively monitor tool usage and escalate areas of concern and provide insights on trends observed
  • Monitor the user feedback captured through survey, voice of customer outreach on a routine basis and synthesize into recommendations
  • Lead product operations that involve tool enhancements, optimization, and quality, primarily provided offshore.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and bring knowledge to the product team.
  • Identify process enhancements opportunities towards improving efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Drive rapid adoption of new technologies, ideas, and processes.
  • Ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint with best practices.
  • Research and recommend latest designs and solutions.
  • Being the first point of contact and providing technical guidance for products/projects as required
  • Advising and sharing expertise with leadership and Deloitte Technology.
  • Analyze project requirements and communicate directly with product owners to deliver projects.
  • Conduct trainings and informational sessions for teams on technical skills and business knowledge.
  • Must design, develop, and deploy features which has ability to automate and enhance applications.
  • Lead projects or assigned to phase(s) of larger project(s). involving technical enhancements.
  • Contributes to cross team efforts by identifying solutions related to the interplay of various applications.
  • Provide technical documentation to customers to fix issues or setup tech solutions.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by exploring various Deloitte approved tools to leverage and adhering to governance.

·       Help customers/team members troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the custom developed features and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem.

·       Document problems & resolutions effectively

  • Monitor and supervise a team of individuals to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of team and the organization
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team.
  • Oversee day to day operation and project related work

  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews

Skill Requirements:

  • Hands on experience working on the knowledge management and content management tools and/or client service experience in a professional services organization
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology (required)
  • Understanding of enterprise search and SharePoint, cloud ecosystem (required)
  • Advanced knowledge about Search Engine Optimization (required)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Omniture/Site Catalyst knowledge (required)
  • MS Office Skills – Advanced Level PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Intermediate HTML and MS SharePoint Online skills
  • Exposure to Internal portal management & maintenance or web site maintenance
  • Preferable - SharePoint Online & On-prem platforms, SPFx, jQuery, Python, React JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and other UI frameworks, InfoPath, Nintex, MS office suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
  • Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Site Maintenance, Site Testing and Troubleshooting, Team Relationships, Page Performance Tuning, Research, Attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of professional services industry especially the management consulting business
  • Experience of leading and executing end to end projects
  • Experience of managing a team of high performing individuals
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of Internet, online information databases, search engines and their use
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask on work assignments
  • Ability to manage changes and help team navigate through the same
  • Ability to deal and deliver on fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency
  • Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels, ability to face and deal with problems/issues in a mature and professional manner
  • Ability to learn and use/implement new processes and technology
  • High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Effectively leverage internal social media & collaboration tools to connect people-to-people and people-to-content
  • Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
  • Be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work with people from multiple countries and cultures

Education:

  • MBA (preferable Information Systems) or Postgraduate in Information Systems.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
