Role Overview:
As the RPA Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across Deloitte Technology Solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and deep technical understanding of RPA technologies. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation through to execution and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RPA strategy, identifying key automation opportunities that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance our RPA offerings.
- Oversee the creation of process documentation and solution design documents, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the business.
- Conduct high-level assessments of potential RPA initiatives, evaluating their feasibility and potential impact on the business.
- Collaborate with senior management to define RPA governance, policies, and the framework for scaling automation efforts across the organization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing RPA team, providing leadership, direction, and professional development opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure RPA solutions deliver tangible business value and enhance customer satisfaction.
Location & Timings:
- Hyderabad
- 11 AM to 8 PM
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with relevant leadership and technical certifications.
Technical Skill Set:
- Over 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in RPA leadership roles, preferably with UIPath.
- Strong technical background in RPA, with hands-on experience in process design, development, and implementation using UI Path.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, .NET, VBA.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as they apply to RPA.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership across full lifecycle implementations.
Business Skill Set:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of business process optimization and the ability to align RPA initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Interpersonal Skill Set:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving consensus and fostering strong relationships.
