CORE BUSINESS OPERATIONS

The Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients’ heart-of-the-business issues. ROLE

Level: Analyst/Consultant

As an Analyst or Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines in an agile framework. Need-basis consultants will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
You will also be responsible for the ownership of tasks assigned through SNOW, Dashboard, Order forms etc.

The work you will do includes

• Good Knowledge of SCCM.
• Experience in OSD deployments and in place upgrade Task sequence for Windows 10 21h2 to later versions.
• Advanced Troubleshooting of in place Upgrade of windows 10 21H2 to 221h2/ windows 11
• Well versed with creating/deploying applications/packages in SCCM
• Carry out Patch management/remediation activities monthly.
• Good knowledge of writing SQL queries
• Should be Able to create custom reports using SSRS
• Supporting All aspects of SCCM Infrastructure viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client 
Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports, Site Server Configuration, Troubleshooting with 
exposure to Intune and Autopilot (desired only).
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of SCCM components like DP, MP, SUP, CUG, Boundaries etc.
• Knowledge of Monthly patch distribution using SCCM
• Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
• Improve the service by providing and implementing new features that increase overall efficiency at Technicolor or respond to new business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Project Experience: 
Must Have:
• 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SCCM and windows patching
• Good to have certifications - MCSE, IAT, SCCM, MCSA
• Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to create scripts in Perl, Python, and similar languages.
• Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
• Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working in enterprise data center support
• Understanding of Application and other infrastructure monitoring tools
• Understanding of end-to-end infrastructure landscape
• Experience on virtualization platform

Education:

B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university   

Prior Experience:

2 – 6 years of experience working with SCCM, Windows administration
