Position Summary

Profile:

Sitecore Application Developer

Role Overview:

Sitecore Application Developer would be responsible for design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

ü  Develop and maintain solutions to integrate with various data sources

ü  Support business users authoring efforts

Key Responsibilities:

ü  Implement major features with great quality and lead the team by setting up processes for development, build and deployment

ü  Be a problem solver in the team

ü  Diagnose and solve technical issues

ü  Share knowledge with peers and contribute back to Sitecore community

ü  Clearly communicate status of tasks and identification of risks /mitigations.

ü  Ability to work with team members of various experience levels

ü  Ability to communicate effectively

Required Skillsets:

ü  Proficient in Developing application with Sitecore 9.0 or higher version technology and including data import functionality from flat source to API, Sitecore integration with web API, worked on Sitecore API, Pipeline process, client customization

ü  Proficient in Helix principles and knowledge on Sitecore development framework.

ü  Experience in Microsoft NET technologies including C#/ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Entity Framework and LINQ

ü  Experience on Sitecore 9 development Azure PaaS.

ü  Programming knowledge of MS SQL Server and MongoDB

ü  Experience with version control systems GIT

ü  Experience in creating and consuming web services including REST JSON

ü  Ability to implement complex workflows within Sitecore Knowledge

ü  Design experience with HTML5 JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap ReactJS CSS3 and Razor syntax align with Sitecore development

ü  Experience in implementing Search features using Solr.

ü  Experience in Sitecore templates, layouts, Components, Dynamic Bindings, Sitecore API, Rendering

ü  Publishing process and trouble shooting

ü  Code build and deployment using Azure DevOps.

ü  Good unit testing skills using NUnit

Additional Requirements: (Advantageous)

ü  Familiarity with integration to ERP CRM DAM and other backend systems Familiarity with and ability to utilize Sitecore DLLs within an MVC project to manage data within the Sitecore CMS and multiple back end systems

ü  Good understanding of HTML/ CSS/ Javascript (JQuery).

ü  Good understanding on rest web services. Security on Rest web services

ü  Good Knowledge on Azure deployment pipelines for managing deployment of Sitecore on Azure.
