Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
- Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
- Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
- Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
- Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
- DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Qualifications Required:
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS
- Minimum 3+ yrs. experience working on Salesforce platform and 1+ yrs. working with SFDC CPQ / Steelbrick. Experience with CPQ implementations or part of CPQ implementation team is required. Current Salesforce certifications. Experience with other CPQ tools such as Apttus, Oracle or Callidus would be considered.
- Design, prototype, build, document and support solutions for the Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick capability to meet business needs, including configurations, customizations and integrations.
- Experience with CPQ objects used in quote to order process with in-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting and Quote templates.
- Good experience in Configure, Price Quote, and Billing processes, including enhanced Price Catalog & price book, Advance approvals and Order management, Invoicing, Contracts and Revenue reporting.
- Experience in Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages, Lightning Component framework and other necessary UI technologies.
- Experience in Webservices, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.
- Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes and Components.
- Experience in building integrations with Salesforce.com using REST/SOAP API's.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and perform the build activities to deliver integrated solution from the design stage to a functional application with a focus on SFDC best practices.
- Design and develop Apex, Visualforce & Lightning component level solutions to increase programming productivity.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Examine application for data integrity issues.
- Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce platform, Salesforce products and experience with Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick.
- Create and manage Advance Approvals.
- Create automations to remove manual steps and processes.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specifications.
- Increasing Code Coverage of SFDC instance and maintenance of a quality code base.
- Exceptional problem-solving mindset to ensure inventive and insightful thinking for potential solutions.
- Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer goals, and meeting global goals successfully.
- At least one end to end implementations experiences in Salesforce CPQ Cloud.
- Product setup (standalone/Bundle/Nested Bundle, rules, attributes, Guided selling).
- Should have experience in Product pricing setup (Pricing, Discount rules).
- Should have experience in Quote template (OOB, custom templates, multi-language templates).
- Should have experience in Advance approval (installations, post installation steps, quote level approval, quote line level approval, developed OOB and customized approval flow).

Preferred:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
- Salesforce CPQ Billing & Order management.
- Proven Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization and Integration.
