Understand business requirements and validate technical feasibility for each of the requirements

·       Work closely with development teams and other associated team to ensure that solutions are designed with scale/performance and operability in mind.

·       Able to manage multiple releases of the products.

·       Stays abreast of technology developments and their potential impact and opportunities on the organization.

·       Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the release engineering process.

·       Contribute to software engineering teams and demonstrate strong software engineering and process improvement

·       Demonstrate experience and knowledge in distributed release management strategies spanning across geographies.

·       Applied expertise in continuous-integration and continuous-deployment models.

Qualifications Required:

·          Experience: 3-6 yrs

·          Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools for Enterprise deployments using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, GitLab, Azure DevOps, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.

·          Design and develop the test automation to validate the builds in the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, VSTS, Azure DevOps and writing Jenkins Pipeline, GITLAB Pipeline, Bitbucket Pipeline using YAML for ANT and Maven based Projects is must.

·          Work closely with development teams and other associated team to ensure that solutions are designed with scale/performance and operability in mind.

·          Expertise in Ansible to automate the multiple products in the project

·          Expertise in setting Up and configuring the projects in SONARQube for Quality check

·          Expertise on Installing and configuring logging and Monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics and NewRelic. Any other is also good

·          Experience on Installing and configuring Build and Library management tools like Artifactory and Nexus

·          Basic understanding on Middleware administration (Tomcat and Apache, NGNIX, NodeJS, webservers, load balancers)

·          Basic understanding on Cloud Services (AWS, Azure and GCP)Hands on experience configuring Apache web server with redirect rules.

·          Strong experience on Scripting on Shell and Python to automate the manual repetitive jobs/process.

·          Proficiency with source control, CI/CD & testing pipelines. Experience in Version Control Systems like GitHub, GitLab, etc. Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.

·          Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·          Fluency in one or more scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Groovy, Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc

·          SRE skillsets: System administration tasks, including server provisioning, configuration management, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go etc. Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud and Terraform, Cloud formation for automation. A solid understanding of network protocols, routing, load balancing, and security is important for diagnosing and resolving performance. Proficient in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios. APM monitoring old experience on Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk etc. Skilled at incident coordination, communication, and post-incident analysis (post-mortems). Experience with vulnerability assessments, patching and related activities. Experience with 24 by 7 support and handling on-call responsibilities.

·          Experience on Splunk Development and Splunk monitoring for SaaS based applications. Proficient in reviewing the SaaS based environments, identifying gaps in monitoring and improving the monitoring experience with robust alerting mechanisms or self healing techniques. #DFOLinkedinBanner
