Manager – Clients & Markets Growth Management COE
We are looking for a professional with 10+ years of experience to manage and drive strategic projects and operational excellence for the USI Clients & Markets Growth (CMG) group. This group comprises 800+ professionals with varied skills including marketing, communications, research, design, technology, and strategy, who work with different stakeholders across US and India to enable key priorities for Deloitte.
The candidate should be self-motivated, have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and communication skills, and be able to work well with a diverse set of professionals and leaders.
Work you’ll do
As a Manager, you would work with the Managing Director and chief of staff on projects aligned to strategic priorities for the group to drive business growth/transformation, risk management, talent engagement, and operational excellence. Projects often involve collaboration across teams. The candidate will need to frame or refine hypotheses, scope and design the research approach, plan/conduct research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, build presentations/reports to communicate findings and recommendations, and track and manage progress on ongoing projects.
Your key responsibilities will include
• Manage projects with minimal supervision from ideation to delivery
• Own, plan and manage diverse projects, which may include collaboration and coordination with a variety of stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations
• Surface ideas while holistically understanding the project requirements and business priorities to propose effective solutions
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and professionals across the group to drive projects to conclusion
Requisite core skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy models and frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a succinct and compelling manner to senior executives
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
o Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive formats
o Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with professionals across teams in different locations
• Must be comfortable with change and ambiguity and able to drive delivery of high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
• MBA or Master’s Degree like MBE/MFC/MIB/Economics from a reputed school
• At least 10 years of work experience, including at least four years in consulting/corporate strategy or a similar function
- Location: Hyderabad; Hybrid model with in-office presence required
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
