Job Description

The Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) Program Automation, Operations and Data Management Sr. Analyst partners with the CoAE leadership team to enhance business processes, inform decision-making, provide analyses, and execute upon strategic program management priorities. This role is integral to the success, growth, and innovation of Deloitte’s Center of Account Excellence program.

The Team

The Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) is Deloitte’s premier Center of Excellence supporting the firm’s most important and strategic clients, client leaders, and client account teams. The CoAE provides critical internal services to Deloitte professionals—including research- and data-backed deliverables to enable executive relationships and account operations and a Salesforce-based application and team to support streamlining, automating, and managing client account onboarding and offboarding processes.

The Work You'll Do

The ideal candidate will be business savvy, results-oriented, highly organized, and attentive to detail with excellent data analysis, verbal, and written communication skills. The candidate will partner closely with business leaders based in India and the US—enabling effective business operations and decision-making through data-driven insights, visualizations, and reporting. This role is technology- and data-focused.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Automation: The candidate will support a variety of automation projects to transition and enhance internal business processes and improve efficiency and efficacy of deliverables. Responsibilities will include:

·       Identify and scope automation projects and deliverables according to business need

·       Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to support reporting systems, deliverable automation, and dashboards that support key business decisions and processes

·       Understand, write and enhance DAX, advanced Excel functions, and VBA and Python scripts

·       Bring ideas and support strategic workstreams focused on automation, AI, and other tools and technologies

Business Enablement, Operations, and Reporting: The candidate will also partner closely with CoAE business leaders based both in the US and India to:

·       Collect, track, manage and analyze program insights through reporting and dashboards across headcount, budget, utilization, KPIs, and more

·       Attend key leadership meetings and execute upon operational priorities

·       Liaise with stakeholders and teammates across the CoAE team

·       Generate/review periodic, leadership-ready reports and analyses

·       Anticipate and proactively respond to leadership needs

·       Drive best practices to create better connectivity across the program and improve operational efficiencies

·       Support creation of foundational, account-focused deliverables

Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

·       Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Exceptional attention to detail

·       Experience distilling complex concepts and information into easily understandable content

·       Ability to manage operational performance and reporting cycles (including the oversight of KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and impact tracking)

·       Self-motivated and strong team player; ability to take initiative and interact with leaders and experience working in virtual teams and with other cultures, preferably with US leaders

·       Ability to work in highly matrixed organization

·       Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

·       Strong knowledge of querying using VBA involving multiple tables and subqueries

·       Strong PowerBI skills strongly preferred

·       Exposure to automation tools like Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or similar tools is a plus, but not required

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or Change Management
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree required

Work and Timing Locations

·       Hyderabad; 2PM – 11PM (IST) preferred
