Senior Analyst – Client Research Centre (CRC)—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you will do

Secondary Research

• Ability to gather strategic market intelligence, regular market monitoring, company and competitor intelligence

• Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights

Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data visualization/ presentation

Client, Projects, and Data Analytics

Handle multiple Experience in process-driven bid management assignments projects of moderate to high complexity levels independently and deliver error free deliverables.

Work on process-driven research assignments such as company profiling, company Analytical snapshots, quarterly briefing books, competitive intelligence, industry briefings, newsletters, press search, executive profiling etc.

Conduct exhaustive secondary research across proprietary databases such as Factiva, OneSource, Thomson Research, Bloomberg etc. and presenting outputs in MS PowerPoint/MS Word

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements & create data tools for analytics

Perform data mining, data modelling, and create custom dashboards and analytics applications

Automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Articulate business problems and use appropriate data analytics techniques to arrive at an answer using available data

Communicate insights and recommendations to different stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge

Help develop key intelligence questions and design a research approach and story board using Mintos/industry specific methodologies to address these questions.

Extend ongoing support (or lead) to a business unit strategy initiative around business development, knowledge management, quality, process improvement etc.

Experience in business research methodologies and research databases such as Factiva, OneSource, Bloomberg etc.

Proficiency in MS applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience in business intelligence architecture and should have worked upon data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik etc. with understanding of end-to-end BI architecture

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications Required

Science, Engineering, or Business graduate; Masters and MBAs will be preferred.

Understanding of the Management Consulting environment (preferably, global/UK)

Ability to gather strategic market intelligence, regular market monitoring, company and competitor intelligence.

Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights

Highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics including mining, scrubbing, and visualization

Excellent visualization skills, storytelling, and familiarity with best practices to convey insights in an intuitive and visually compelling way

Ability to define relevant metrics and influence key stakeholders with actionable insights

Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs

Are intellectually curious and enjoy learning new skills and capabilities

Strong communication skills with senior leaders and client facing staff

Ability to work independently

Excellent written and oral communication skills
