Position Summary

Analyst – DRS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join the team that is aligned to CBS and will work as part of an extended UK team for the industry in order to establish strong working relations.  It is expected that the role will sit within teams of up to a maximum of 10 individuals and will report to the Assistant Manager. The Analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the DRS team.

Work you’ll do

As a part of DRS team, you will be responsible for:

    • Support account planning, meeting preparation, materials gathering, notes capture and reporting
    • Conduct research, analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial analysis and competitor intelligence to assist Stakeholders in delivering account management services
    • Assist stakeholders in delivering DRM model objectives e.g. building distinctive client relationships, stakeholder mapping, communication planning
    • Developing internal & external communication
    • Provide templates or transactional document development for client relationship mapping and support tracking     
  • Revenue planning, and assessing and reporting on progress against plan
    • Developing Marketing Plans
    • Establish knowledge management system (credentials, references, etc.) and support updates

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The Team

The CBS team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services



  • Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Customer Research or Marker Research experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word Storyboarding
  • Business Administration, Finance, Marketing experience
  • Commercial awareness, an understanding and appreciation one or more industry.


  • Exposure to report writing and data analysis
  • Work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
