Human Resources Transformation

The Human Resource Transformation (HRT) offering focuses on collaborating with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and executing them through technology enabled transformation. We support our clients’ organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

HR Strategy and Solutions (HRS&S) Scope of Work:

Credibility with the business starts with delivering HR services with excellence. To stay current in this world of disruption, HR needs to apply design thinking to their processes, digital technology to their applications and deliver services through the lens of the employee while still stretching every operational dollar to its fullest value. Working with Deloitte enables you to bring these trends together in an operating model that is focused on delivering impact that the business will value.

Work You Will Do:

Within the HR Strategy and Solutions team, you will:

  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual / live environment to support project delivery
  • Work on projects related to Process design, Operating model design/Shared services design, delivery and implementation
  • Perform Current state assessment of HR processes within client organization and design and deliver Business Case for Transformation
  • Lead/support Content Management projects (onsite/offshore) including content creation, review and upload.
  • Lead/support project teams and client stakeholders as required for end to end testing activities including test strategy development, scenario and script development, different types of test execution (System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Service Rehearsal Testing)
  • Work on projects related to Process Design, Process mapping and requirement gathering
  • Provide Project Management support for HR Transformation and Shared Services projects
  • Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services / vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking / vendor or technology strategy)
  • Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities

Additional Support responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other work streams and key stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery
  • Provide support on Robotics Process Automation projects
  • Gather information through research and conduct analysis to derive insights and develop client recommendations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design cutting edge HR Solutions relevant to changing client needs
  • Communicate and present to external and internal client as required
  • Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives
  • Help with business case development, developing proposals & provide support for sales pursuits as required

Requirements:

  • Masters / MBA / PGDM in HR/ Human Resource Management
  • 3 to 7 Years of Experience
  • HCM/HR Transformation/HR Technology experience (Global experience preferred over US experience)
  • Experience of managing or supporting more than 2 cycles of HR Transformation (End to end) is preferred
  • Experience in one or more areas from HR Shared Services Design, delivery & implementation
  • Experience of leading/supporting Shared service documentation projects, testing projects for large scale HR transformations across geographies
  • Process design, Process mapping, business requirement gathering experience
  • Experience with Org restructuring, setting up HR Service Center, or exposure to policies and guidelines decision making
  • Understanding of HR technologies e.g. Workday/Oracle/Success Factors/Salesforce
  • Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes
  • Deep dive consulting/operation experience of critical HR processes
  • Experience of working in projects operating across timezones
  • Ability to interact across organizational levels, contribute as a team member, and build networks within the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Interact with clients and subject matter experts on regular basis through face to face interactions / video conferences / teleconferences / mails to understand the client processes and business problems
  • Ability to deal with change and ambiguity
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving / interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
