Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

·   Educational Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS

·   Experience Level: Salesforce experience: 1–7 years with minimum 1 year of project experience in Vlocity/Salesforce Industries. 

·   Must Have Skills:

·   Experience on one of the Vlocity Industry Clouds (Health, Insurance, Communications and Public Sector experience is highly preferred), platform level understanding of OmniStudio OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Flexcards, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices, Angular Templates, Vlocity LWC, Vlocity IDX and Salesforce Configuration.

·   Should possess experience in Salesforce Configuration (Workflows, process builders, Sharing-Security Settings) and Customization areas (Apex Trigger, Apex classes, Apex Batch, LWC, Lightning Aura.

·   Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team.

·   Should have very good technical and problem - solving skills

·   Ability to design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements leveraging Vlocity configuration and/or customization.

·   Proficiency in understanding the underlying Vlocity data model across industries and building solutions keeping ‘Vlocity First’ approach in mind.

·   Analyzing User Story requirements and develop independently.

·   Communicating and working within a team and mentoring resources who do not possess experience with the product.

·   Triaging the defects independently and support deployments/releases. Contribute to practice level initiatives in building go to market solutions, assets and accelerators.


Preferred:

·   Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, or/and Vlocity Industry certifications.

·   Salesforce.com Admin or Developer certified.

·   Knowledgeable in Apex and LWC.

·   Holds Vlocity Industry experience on one of the Industries. (Health, Insurance, Communications and Government)
