The Deloitte Encore Program is specifically designed to enable seasoned professionals who have left the workforce for one to three years to return to work. This paid 16-week program offers an opportunity to enhance your skills while providing you a role in a client service environment. A network of Deloitte professionals will be assigned to provide you with relevant training and mentorship and will help support your professional growth while you gain hands-on experience. Senior Analyst– Operations BSA analyst- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do

The Dayshape Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support for the Resource Management tool Dayshape. Should be familiar with general HR processes, personnel administration, and organization management functionalities. Responsible for providing end user service, updating documentation, and communicating services to customers. Will work with business analysts, other cross teams, and vendor resources to understand software functionality.

Reporting to the DayShape program lead, you will be expected to provide subject matter knowledge and guidance as a senior member of the team, demonstratig due care and attention while managing our service.


  • Work with Vendor team to understand the application.
  • Understand Deloitte business needs of the application and turn them into functional requirements.
  • Document changes made by vendor and map them to business processes.
  • Monitor & work on Service Now tickets and their associated SLEs.
  • Conduct/lead daily triage of tickets and tracking incidents. Handling SLEs to closure.
  • Foster relationships with the Dayshape vendor, Deloitte Technology, Deloitte global support teams, and member firm contacts
  • Work on Defects and Change Requests based on Upgrades/ System Maintenance 
  • Create reports for Leadership as required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of general production support.
  • Leverage knowledge to understand the current business state of client and recognize gaps caused by change initiatives 
  • Executes services required within the SLA and communicate to the customer
  • Have knowledge on VSTS (Azure DevOps) or any defect management tool
  • Assist with support process definitions

Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM


·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

·       3+ years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organization.


  • Advanced written and oral communication skills (English required)
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills
  • Experience in application documentation and facilitation skills 
  • Detail oriented and organized 
  • Ability to define operational user requirements within a structured system development lifecycle methodology 
  • Responsible for communication and documentation related to assigned tasks 
  • Share knowledge across team

Good to have

  • Experience working with Agile development processes 
  • Exposure or knowledge on SAFe agile process is desirable 
  • Application production support
  • Professional services industry experience a plus
