Position Summary
Level: Manager or equivalent
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you’ll do:
You will ensure the successful implementation of Workday Financial Management by analyzing client requirements and designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting the Workday solution. Throughout all project stages, from requirements gathering to post go-live support, you will play a key role in delivering results. You will assist onsite teams with configuring and testing Workday business processes to align with client needs. You will develop custom reports as needed to provide valuable business insights. Additionally, you will support the integration team with design and testing activities to ensure seamless integration and optimal platform performance.

The Emerging ERP Solutions provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10+ –14 years of consulting or industry experience
- Solid understanding of financial accounting fundamentals
- Completed at least one full ERP implementation cycle
- Quick to learn and excel with new ERP platforms
- Proficient in several business process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting, Grants and Awards
- Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, using mature judgment
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAAS and PAAS solutions
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Active Workday Certification is good to have
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
- A master’s degree with financial background would be a plus
Location:
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
