Tax Manager

Global Operate Account Lead – Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Global Employer Services (GES) – Global Operate

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“USI Tax”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through the USI Tax teams. USI Tax offers you opportunities to learn, support and practice taxation, a much sought-after career option. Since 2010, member firms such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, etc. have obtained support in their tax practices through USI Tax. 

Deloitte Tax is leading clients through the tax transformation taking place in the marketplace, offering a broad range of fully integrated tax services by combining technology and technical resources to comply with the reporting requirements, uncover insights and deploy smarter approaches for navigating an increasingly complex global environment.  

Work you’ll do  

·       Will be the direct liaison with the client on service delivery for all the processes.

·       Centrally coordinate the delivery of compliance services (tax, social security, immigration, and others) where authorized as follows. 

·       Lead end-to-end Service Initiation process. 

·       Lead and sign-off billing/invoicing, reporting, and global mobility tax compliance work. 

·       Oversee delivery of authorized services by the Deloitte network 

·       Support with data manipulation and metrics reporting requests from the EMEA based leadership team on a timely basis. 

·       Oversee the central tracking of key aspects of the authorized services 

·       Manage large accounts through the adoption of core centralized practices. 

You will be a member of the USI EMEA GES Global Operate team. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

·       Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university 

·       Minimum 5 years of Global Management Office (GMO) client lead experience with BIG 4 or similar experience running a global mobility programme in any company. 

·       Demonstrated problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills 

·       Superior analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 

·       Excellent skills with Microsoft tools like Word, Access, Excel (advanced knowledge). Designing VBA’s, Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint 

·       Solid trouble-shooting skills, strong initiative, critical thinking skills (ability to think independently), detail oriented 

·       Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) 

·       10-15 years of work experience 

 

Work Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore 

 

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
