Engagement Support Services (ESS) – Senior Analyst (Service Control) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The ESS function is a flexible, scalable service delivery model with teams based in Cardiff and India working seamlessly to provide a range of high-quality services and support directly to Service Line colleagues across Audit, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory and Tax in UK. Work you’ll do

As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:

·       Strengthening and driving quality standards and controls awareness across ESS functions through training, upskilling, engaging and communicating across teams

·       Pioneering ESS issues and risk management, including trend and benefits analysis

·       Capturing and analyzing relevant key performance data and MI for distribution to clients and stakeholders, including operational performance data, KPI achievement, trend and volume analysis and utilization across service delivery teams

·       Moderating and making consistent ESS operational reporting outputs including content, scope, frequency and format

·       Continually working on improvements and efficiencies to ensure processes are optimized

·       Supporting the workflow team in the coordination of short-term resource capacity planning and sharing

·       Analyzing real time trends in service demand, advising service delivery managers on adjustments to staffing and assignment ensuring service levels are met

·       Influencing and advising Service Delivery teams around strategy and framework changes and improvements

·       Working closely with the business to advise and guide stakeholders with service and resource related issue towards effective outcomes

·       Developing and delivering the accreditation process to broaden quality management capability across ESS teams

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

·       Any Graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience

The key skills required:

·       Experience working in a project management or project support capacity within a shared service centre

·       Awareness of quality review procedures and remediation frameworks

·       Awareness of principles of reporting, data consolidation and analysis

·       Outstanding organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload

·       Highly organized and analytical, with an eye for detail and good with numbers

·       Able to clearly articulate ideas and present/report using concise messaging

·       Proficient with Advance Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·       Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing stakeholder expectations

·       Able to be a role model displaying behaviors aligned to the ESS culture and identity

·       Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project requirements and deadlines, producing exceptional quality work

·       Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels

·       Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

·       Able to work well under pressure and manage customer expectations

·       Able to use own initiative, be proactive and identify appropriate solutions to problems

·       Takes accountability for delivering personal and team results, draws on the strengths of others to collaborate across teams/borders

Preferred skills:

·       Experience of core Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Advanced Microsoft Excel

·       Mastery of English (both Verbal and Written)
