Analyst - Transformation support-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As transformation support analyst, you will be part of the Transformation Office which is supporting the Business with respect to working with nearshore and offshore Delivery Centers and Contractors. You will be one of the first points of contact for our internal clients, our colleagues, and the Delivery Centers. You will focus on: Meeting preparation, delivery, & follow-up, Maintenance of Qlik dashboards for FDM and Contractor Onboarding Learning, Reporting on FDM and Contractors, Slide preparations.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
· Develop meeting slides / workshop hand-outs: Develop agenda overview / Develop placeholder slides / structure skeleton / Prepare slide lay-out
· Data analysis and reporting: Prepare monthly reporting on DM and Onboarding Learning for Contractors. Perform data analysis in XLS & support in translating the data / graphs into a storyline in PPT. Monthly gathering of the data to upload in the dashboard.
· Administration support for contractor onboarding: handling incoming and outgoing e-mails and correspondence, filing of documents/mails, FUP with team in busy periods on extension management for contractors or onboarding flow of contractors. Adapt playbook and documents when changes to process occur. Keep all documents clean and updated.
The key skills required are as follows:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong administrative skills
- Analytical skills combined with a problem-solving mind-set
- Adaptive communication style, both spoken and written
- Organized, pro-active & efficient
- Capable to cope with stress and tight deadlines.
- Able to deliver with a minimum of instructions and to work independently
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the North South Europe with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service, and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- o Graduate/Post graduate with up to 3.5 years of experience
- o Prior experience of Project support is A+
- o Power point and excel skills are must.
- o Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- o Quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications
