Manager- RTR Functional Lead - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Work you’ll do: The Finance Operations (FinOps) team was established in maintaining and optimizing the SWIFT platform. Since then, a diverse and comprehensive FinOps portfolio has been built comprising of several Strategic Projects (Anaplan, BEAM, ADM, My Dashboard, etc.), numerous Geography platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member Firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationships with GFS Shared Operations, Global Process Teams, and Swift Technology Teams.
The RTR Functional Lead will report to the FinOps Leader and work closely with various Deloitte member firms. They will lead Business Process Forums (BPF) that have been created for facilitating the collaboration of SMEs to align on business processes and change impact across various Deloitte member firms.
This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with great exposure to senior stakeholders across Deloitte.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
· Lead a collaborative forum (BPF) for discussion of process enhancements across the Deloitte MF, i.e., cross multiple geographies.
· Facilitate BPFs to provide geography SMEs with an opportunity to present suggested process and SWIFT system enhancements.
· Influence and guide individual geos to converge toward one standard process, highlighting process inconsistencies and escalating conflict or critical divergences between geographies to leadership where necessary.
· Coordinate BPFs in their formal assessments of proposed process and system changes.
· Identify acceptance criteria and subsequent testing scenarios and desired results.
· Represent requested changes to the CAB (Change Approval Board) governing body.
· Escalate risks associated with changes to relevant leaders and through CAB with detailed documentation.
· Liaise with Global team through the CR process lifecycle to ensure successful and efficient delivery of changes to the Swift platform.
The RTR Functional Lead role will become the point of contact for SWIFT RTR and have responsibility for the delivery of the Global SWIFT RTR processes to the various SWIFT Geographies.
They will:
· Coordinate the review of SWIFT RTR system changes, managing through the CR lifecycle.
· Identify and document process improvements and automations that deliver significant improvements, efficiencies, and cost reductions.
· Input into the design of requested changes and approved projects including identifying impacts to reporting.

Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate/ master’s in finance (M. Com/ MBA Finance etc.)
- 10- 13 years working in finance operations in a large-scale corporate environment.
· SME knowledge of core finance processes, reconciliation, month-end processing, and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder management experience with a proven ability to chair meetings and lead discussions.
- Experience preparing decks and communicating / presenting to stakeholders and colleagues at various levels of the Firm.
· Experience leading/influencing teams.
Specific Experience of RTR functional process areas includes:
· Core Finance: General Ledger Accounting; Financial Close Process; Asset Life Management; Benefits Accounting; Management Accounting; Statutory Accounting; Treasury; Financial Master Data; Bank Master Data; MOF; and Cost Center Accounting.
· Forecasting & Planning: Forecasting; Budgeting; and Planning Cycle.
· VAT & Tax: VAT & Tax Accounting; VAT & Tax Returns; VAT & Tax Adjustments.
Preferred:
· Certification in SAP S/4HANA or ECC6 will be given additional weightage.
