Nature of work: Support
Your responsibilities in this role will be to:
· Coordinate with the Pillar SPOCs and complete the assigned task.
· Maintain SLA.
· Taking initiative of the Issues or Queries - Respond Clients/ETs on their Queries and redirect them to the correct Team/Support.
· Reporting progress against plan.
· Socialize well within the team and act as a team player.
· Capability to work on various Projects.
· Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to inform business decisions in PowerBI.
· Maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI tools.
· Independent in solving the requests.
· Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
· Actively co-ordinate with the team on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the work and supporting in meeting the service level agreements.
· Always be open and ready to take responsibility by providing helping hand in the absence of other team members.
· Understanding and working on upskilling the lacking areas.
· Recommend process improvement activities.
Skills Required:
· Any graduate between 0-2 years of experience.
· Proficient in MS Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Basic to intermediate level of proficiency in PowerBI.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibits a positive attitude.
· Highly motivated learner and a team player.
· Demonstrate consultative approach to problem solving.
· Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands.
· Organized, detail oriented, flexible, self-starter & highly motivated.
· Flexible and adapted to change.
· Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM About the team.
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
