Senior Analyst- Financial Planning & Analysis - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Work you’ll do: The Role is for the financial planning & analysis process full-time, working closely with the USI team. This role will cover a wide variety of month-end Reporting Finance tasks, providing key insights to Senior Management to make data-oriented decisions. This role will involve extensive collaboration with Belgium Business Controllers.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
- Helping in the preparation of the financial performance and management reporting across all the businesses.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm
The team
The Shared Services team (FP&A) at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte member firm in proving key financial overviews and assist with analytical processes that support an organization's financial health and business strategy. The FP&A team performs management reporting, assists the stakeholders in decision making and controls. Team conducts variance analysis to show management how the budget and/or rolling forecast compares against actual performance. Also provide detailed Key Performance Indicator dashboards to the stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in finance/accounting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- Minimum 3.5 years to maximum of 6 years’ experience in financial reporting/ accounting with quick learning skills
- Strong accounting knowledge/Reporting skills
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring that goals are met
- Able to collaborate effectively and share knowledge, skills, and experience with colleague
Preferred:
- Experience in Finance domain is necessary.
- Experience with SAP S4 and Analysis for Office would be extremely advantageous
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Advanced excel, PowerPoint a must)
- Experience in financial budgeting & forecasting.
- Variance Analysis skills
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Big 4 experience preferred
