Assistant Manager- Contract to Cash- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do: As a contract to cash lead, you will be working closely with the USI team supporting NSE Geographies. The NSE Finance Operations (FinOps) team was established in early 2021 to support NSE geographies (BE, CH, DK, IE, IT,NL and UK) in maintaining and optimizing the SWIFT platform. Since then, a diverse and comprehensive FinOps portfolio has been built comprising of several projects (Anaplan, BEAM, ADM, My Dashboard, etc.,) numerous geography platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationship with GFS Shared operations, Global Process Teams, and Swift Technology Teams.

The CTC Assistant Manager will report to the CTC functional Lead and work closely with NSE Geographies. They will assist with managing the business process forums (BPF) that have been created for facilitating the collaboration of SMEs to align on business processes and change impact across NSE.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

• Contribute to a collaborative forum for discussion on cross -geography process enhancements.

• Facilitate BPFs and provide geography SMEs with an opportunity for the BAU operational teams to present suggested.

• process and SWIFT system Changes.

• Coordinate BPFs in their formal assessments of proposed process and system changes.

• Escalate risks associated with changes to the CTC Functional Lead and SWIFT platform lead with detailed documentation.

• Highlight process inconsistencies to the CTC Functional Lead with detailed documentation.

• Escalate conflict or critical divergences between the geographies to the CTC Functional Lead.

• Coordinate the review of SWIFT CTC system changes.

• Prepare agendas and minutes for the CTC Business Process Forum.

• Review problem tickets and ensure they are progressing, identify issues and escalate as required.

Identify and document process improvements and automations that deliver significant improvements, efficiencies.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm

The team

The Finance and Business Operations team at Hyderabad supports the NSE Geography for various Finance process like CTC, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Project controlling, Billing, Engagement Management, Expense compliance, Master data management etc., Business operations like virtual administrator, Transformation, HR back office, Learning and so on.

Qualifications

Required:

o 6+ years working in the finance industry or in a similar large scale corporate environment.

o SAP functional CTC process knowledge.

o SME knowledge of billing processes, accounts receivables, cash collections and application.

o Stakeholder management experience with a proven ability to chair meetings and lead discussions.

o Experience preparing power point presentations and presenting to stakeholders and colleagues at various levels in the firm.

o SWIFT experience is an advantage, as in a general understanding of the SWIFT Engagement Management processes and data flows.

o Master's degree in finance/accounting

o Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred:

o Experience in Finance domain is necessary like Engagement Management, WIP management & billing and Accounts receivables.

o Experience with SAP S4 and Analysis for Office would be extremely advantageous.

o Proficiency with MS Office applications (Advanced excel, PowerPoint a must)

o Experience in financial budgeting & forecasting.

o Variance Analysis skills

o Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

o Big 4 experience preferred.
