USI NSE supporting Belgium Quality Risk and Regulations Analyst—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The team “BE Quality Risk and Regulations” helps you find information about identifying, mitigating and responding to risk. To maintain Independence and to act with integrity and objectivity, including being free of any conflicts of interest. Maintaining the Independence of the Deloitte entities and its professionals, and proactively identifying and managing potential conflicts of interest as part of the client / engagement acceptance process, the team helps Deloitte, its professionals, and its clients protect, preserve, and enhance their reputations.
Work you will do
- Working with the Engagement teams in completing the Engagement acceptance case in DRMS
- Administration support: handling incoming and outgoing e-mails and correspondence, filing of documents/mails
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity management – handling the incoming opportunities within time
- Conflict check management - Understanding and implementing Deloitte global policies and guidance relating to Conflicts
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the firm’s service lines risk teams and other member firm
- conflict teams.
- Search various databases to understand if we have existing client relationships that can give rise to a conflict
- with a new proposal. Search web sites for information about corporate affiliations
- · Review the clients for the firm, and to check the risk involved before we could render the services.
- Dealing with client on Day-to-day basis regarding the changes in the Legislation and the Rules
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports from SAP to check the quality of the Client Administrators who are assigned for Managers and Partners
- Coordinate regional technology audit/regulatory activities and reporting negotiations, and responses
- Respond to ad hoc queries in an accurate and timely manner on risk exposure and performance from our client
- Help the Client administrators / billing team to send out escalation emails to the Responsible parties / approvers .

The USI NSE Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe regain with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications and experience required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role/corporate organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibits a positive attitude.
- Prior experience of background research , basic KYC and compliance knowledge is required
- Microsoft Office Excel level: Intermediate
- Quick learning skills and proficiency with working along with dependent teams
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure in a dynamic and tight deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- The individual must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maturity in working with confidential and sensitive information.
