CBS Engagement Support – Analyst

If you are a quick learner and enjoy interacting with customers providing them with exceptional support, this may be the job for you. Responsibility you do is responding to practitioner inquiries and providing guidance on engagement setup processes through consultation in a timely and professional manner. You will be supporting our advisory practitioners nationally by providing assistance with WBS creations.
Work you’ll do:
- Work on assigned WBS creation requests, process and validate requests ensuring all criteria has been met
- Liaise with Finance team and various teams to obtain proper approvals when required for WBS creations
- Update required status reports on a daily basis
- Enter data accurately and to work effectively under pressure while prioritizing workload
- Deal with all levels within the organization and establish rapport with various departments
- Graduate from any background (BA/B.com/BSC)
- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in backend operations or processes supporting clients outside India
· Work in a fast-paced environment and to meet client’s expectations on quality and timelines
Work location & shift timings
· Hyderabad office
· Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two days or more in a week)
· 2 pm to 11 pm shift Monday to Friday
Qualification
Required Professional Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients and leadership
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Required Technical Skills:
· Knowledge or quick to adapt to tech. tools such as CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter and/or Paradigm an asse
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
