Project Specialist in Audit Project Management Network - Analyst- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As a Project Specialist in Audit Project Management Network team, you will be responsible to work with one or more
engagement teams to perform specific project management activities and reports accurately. You will need to have a
strong communication skill, Advanced Excel knowledge, attention to details and the ability to remember/apply complex
processes/rules.
About our team
Project Management Network supports Deloitte Audit Public engagement teams across Canada, executing various project
management tasks including reports. They are an integral member of engagement teams, accountable to the engagement
manager for the completion of assigned tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the integration of the Audit engagement processes and various tasks with internal Audit support processes, e.g.
Milestones, billing, review notes tracking, etc.
• Support the coordination of all parties to deliver a cohesive client experience, including specialists and component audit
teams as required
• Manage engagement Personal Independence monitoring process
• Manage and track the receipt of deliverables from component teams, clients, and specialists, including following up on
outstanding deliverables both within Audit and specialist Service Lines
• Providing strategic analyses support through data consolidation and analysis to deliver data driven recommendations
• Preparing project plan reports on the basis of internal engagement summary with in-detail information relating to project
milestones using the review notes report
• Multi-tasking various activities maintaining quality, efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks
• Perform additional tasks as required
Work location & shift timings
• Hyderabad office
• Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two to three days in a week)
• 2 pm to 11 pm IST (may vary based on business requirement)
• Flexible to support overtime during Canada busy season
Qualifications
Required
• Graduate or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA)
• 1 to 3 years work experience in Banking, Financial services or similar industry
• Advanced Excel skills, Basic working knowledge in MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
• Working knowledge in building macros in Excel
• Basic Tableau and/or Power BI working experience
• Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
