Audit Learning Compliance Support Specialist - Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

As a Learning Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that learning compliance data is maintained and updated accurately. You will need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to remember and apply complex rules.

About our team

The Learning Compliance Specialist will be part of the National Audit & Assurance (A&A) Learning team which is responsible for full administration of Deloitte Audit technical learning programs across Canada. Compliance with the mandatory curriculum is a top priority. The Learning Compliance Specialist will collaborate with others in the same or similar role, all of whom will be focused on ensuring practitioners have completed all their mandatory learning on time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Draft weekly learning compliance status reports

·       Maintain archives of all learning notifications and exception approvals such that there is an audit trail supporting the data

·       Update and maintain learning compliance workbooks, ensuring that data is consistent, complete, and accurate

·       Respond to emails from practitioners in a timely manner, ensuring that curriculum rules are accurate and clearly explained

·       Perform additional tasks as required

Work location & shift timings

·       Hyderabad office

·       Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two days in a week)

·       2 pm to 11 pm IST

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience in data analytic tools

Required Professional Skills:

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients and leadership

·       Strong time management, listening and comprehension skills to meet client’s expectations on quality and timelines

·       Strong analytical and logical skills with great attention to detail

·       Flair for creative problem solving, flexibility to manage multiple projects, and prioritization

Required Technical Skills:

·       Working knowledge in building macros, creating reports and dashboards in Excel

·       Advanced knowledge in Excel in using pivots & slicers, graphs, functions & formulae, data validation, conditional formatting, advanced and custom filters, etc.

Preferred Skills:

·    Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, Tableau & Power BI

·    Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
