The team
The Finance Business Systems team supports the SAP S4 HANA, Cognos, Concur system for Deloitte Australia and participates in driving change to this application. This role will have to work with key stakeholders to provide guidance and system support in the use of applications and best practice processes.
The “Finance & Shared Services” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia with management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, debtor management, payroll, data quality, finance system support, Business Intelligence development, client and engagement acceptance, and client contract management activities.
The Associate Analyst reports to the Assistant Manager to assist with the daily and monthly activities to resolve instances raised in service now and manage month end activities This role is ideally suited to someone with 0 to 1 years’ experience and is seeking to further develop skills & expertise in Business systems.
Work you will do
Your responsibilities in this role will be:
· Fulfil the day-to-day operations and to make sure that the Concur, Cognos instance are tracked & resolved
· Liaise with internal clients to determine information requirements and to ensure integrity of data
· Monitor system to optimize performance and highlight all issues and problems to manager
· Assist Manager/Senior team member in the periodic updates
· Daily co-ordination of access, issue resolutions for concur and Cognos
· Delivery of work with minimal errors, within agreed time frame
· Month end close activities in SAP and quality checks to ensure accurate data is reflecting in SAP
· First contact point for data control issues requiring liaison (via Data Quality Team email and Service Now system) with internal clients to resolve issues in a timely manner whilst maintaining the system's integrity and adherence to the Firm's policies and procedures.
· Co-ordinate own work, share knowledge to ensure that the team resolves all issues and meets all deadlines
· Prior experience in Project Management Office back-office processing and email management roles
Qualifications
Required
· Commerce or Any Graduate
· 0 to 1 years of work experience
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly
· Foundation to Advance MS Excel skills
Preferred
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly with other team members
· Experience with high end ERP (accounting and project perspective) especially in SAP functional user in any of the accounting and finance module
· Understands the critical importance of achieving deadlines and identifies issues that may impact on our service delivery
· Prior exposure to Queue Management Systems
· Good problem solving and analytical skills (ability to think outside the square when required) is essential
