Analyst—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (APAC Reporting)

The team “APAC Mobility” helps you understand the Mobility business practice and its agile culture. You will also manage information on the opportunities, engagements that will help assess the business performance and growth.

Work you will do

o    Establishing coordination between teams in different locations across APAC region and integrating the end to end mobility process for Internal clients.

o    Identifying and analyzing the potential taxability of outbound data for clients.

o    Verifying data by gathering source documents to ensure the accuracy of recorded data.

o    Analyzing and interpreting international treaties.

o    Managing and maintaining data reports and communications.

o    Preparation of process documents like flowcharts, questionnaire, email communications, PowerPoint presentations.

o    Ensuring proper flow of communication between the business travelers, mobility personnel and tax teams.

o    Assisting the core teams in obtaining budget approvals for their respective service lines and vouching tax invoices.

o    Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data

o    Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

o    Handle daily questions regarding reporting process and how to use tools

o    Analyze information and reports to provide accurate and timely reports to management for monthly reporting/yearly reporting purposes

o    Strong attention to details in drafting emails and while investigating online databases such as BTA/APro

o    Periodic review of the respective documents to ensure the information is accurate and as per the process

o    Handling of the generic mailbox

Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (IST) Finance & Shared Services Australia

The “Finance & Shared Services” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia with a wide variety of capabilities like management and financial reporting, data quality,

finance system support, IT services, Business Intelligence development, Risk and Conflicts Management, and client contract management activities (to name a few).

In addition, we have other sub-teams under FSS which provides services related to Opportunities Pipeline and Pursuit Management. APAC Mobility gathers information from internal databases, provides technical support to the stakeholders, maintains methods and tools relevant to the process, identify gaps and opportunities for improvements and creates project flow through communication and collaboration between different teams.

Key Skills Required:

·       Strong knowledge of and experience with MS reporting packages (Excel and PowerPoint)

·       Ability to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitments

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

·       Able to work autonomously, highly self-motivated to work independently

·       Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

·       Timely delivery of work with no/minimal errors

·       Respond to and/or elevate all queries and issues within 24 hours or within any other TAT specified by business

·       To support in ad-hoc projects assigned and on time completion of the same

·       Proactive in all the communication-Ability to document and communicate the results in an efficient and effective manner, using language and style suitable for clients, Partners and all levels and positions of Deloitte personnel

·       Team playing & communications – interacts constructively with team members in order to contribute towards the achievement of common goals. Provides well thought-out, concise and timely oral and written communication

·       Personal development – is committed to self-development, seeking to understand own strengths and weaknesses, has self-confidence and a sound work ethic

·       Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow work programs with a high degree of accuracy

·       Ability to work with effectively with the virtual teams and show initiative in resolving

Qualifications

Required

·        Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in reporting preferably in Mobility Management teams

·        Strong attention to details in data analytics (Excel and PowerPoint)

·        Advanced Excel/PPT skills and strong computer skills

·        Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred

·        Working on online reporting tools, such as Global Advantage, Assignment Pro, Business Traveler Analytics (BTA) Tool and SharePoint is an added advantage.
