Analyst—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (APAC Reporting)

The team “APAC Reporting” helps you understand the Consulting business practice and its agile culture. As a PMO (Project Management Office) team member will manage information on the opportunities, engagements, sales and revenue points that will help assess the business performance and growth.

Work you will do

·       Ensuring AP Growth guidelines are followed while processing of the pursuit funding requests

·       Drafting of emails, setting up pursuit assessment calls, capture actionable points and update activity tracker on a timely manner

·       Working on expense management, workstream tracker, Master database and ensuring they are aligned

·       Share the recommendations, summary provided by business leaders in a clear and concise manner

·       Articulate guidelines of business to pursuit owners and help them properly fill the pursuit funding form

·       Business case preparation and getting appropriate approvals from Leaders

·       Ensuring the communications are clear, succinct, and accurate with proper formatting

·       Ensure that funding approval process cycle is accurately followed, and raise flags as needed

·       Be active in maintenance of generic email box and work cordially with team members

·       Work on various reports related to Revenue, Pipeline and Sales related to Multiple Offerings

·       Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets of opportunities in Asia Pacific Member firm

·       Clearly depict leadership trends and insights from our database; create captivating messages that simultaneously deliver strong content with compelling visuals

·       Serve as a primary source of analytic support in preparing content-driven business-development tools (e.g., win stories; newsletters) using our internal database that profiles thousands of opportunities across sectors, and industries, as well as other client data

·       Analyze current and past trends related multiple KPI’s and present it to leadership

·       Provide keyword search on large data sets to derive multiple dimensions like assets, alliances, and boldplays

·       Usage of SharePoint, Microsoft teams and internal shared drive for saving the critical communications

·       Work on any related tasks that is required as per the stakeholders/business requirement

Shift timings: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM (IST) Finance & Shared Services

The “Finance & Shared Services” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in AP Region with a wide variety of capabilities like management and financial reporting, data quality,

finance system support, IT services, Business Intelligence development, Risk and Conflicts Management, and client contract management activities (to name a few).

In addition, we have other sub-teams under FSS which provides services related to Opportunities Pipeline and Pursuit Management. APAC Reporting identifies, manages and reports on consulting priorities. It provides complete information on the pipeline, pursuit processes and prioritization points that will help ensure efficient management of ASIA PACIFIC region consulting Priority opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

·       Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.

·       Ability to think strategically and creatively, to identify and resolve issues, possesses knowledge of the business

·       As the role requires constant interaction at the leadership level so ability to engage the leaders and communicate effectively is an essential pre-requisite for the role

·       Ability to create daily status reports, setting up calls with the stake holders and articulating the minutes of the meeting is part of the regular cadence

·       Analytical skills – demonstrating an ability to follow instruction, identify issues and escalate them appropriately

·       Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process forms and tracking at detail level is a must

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

·       Able to work autonomously, highly self-motivated to work independently

·       Interact constructively with team members to contribute towards the achievement of common goals

·       Ability to work with effectively with the virtual teams and show initiative in resolving

Qualifications

Required

·        Graduate/Postgraduate in accounting with an overall 1-3 years of experience in financial and opportunities (sales support) / engagement management

·        Working knowledge of (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

·        Must possess good written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up-skills

Preferred

·        Post-graduate with 1-3 years experience in field of Accounting/Invoice processing/Sales reporting

·        Proficient in MS-Office Suite

·        Experienced in project management processes

·        Having prior work experience on Salesforce would be added advantage
