The Team - Enterprise Operations

The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a collection of Offerings that helps clients achieve the maximum possible impact and value from their investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. By taking a holistic view of these key business functions from strategy articulation through process design and technology enablement, we can help our clients navigate their challenges while operating components of their business.

As our clients drive towards their digital future, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT play an increasingly important role in how these organizations interact with their customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. By combining our strategy, operations improvement, enhancements, and operate capabilities, we can be more creative in how we deploy our resources and drive innovation at market pace.

Job Location: HYD/BLR/ MUM/ GGN/ PUN/KOL/CHE

Shift Timing: 11AM to 8PM, 2PM to 11PM IST

Required Qualifications:

·       Strong in SQL and good hands-on experience in Conversions, Interfaces and Reporting (BI, OTBI, FRS and FBDI Templates)

·       Basics of 3-4 modules - page navigation, underlying tables, understanding of End-to-End Processes

·       Strong experience in web services: REST, SOAP, WSDL

·       Should be familiar with frequently used Integration Patterns in Cloud

·       Should have strong knowledge and real time experience on 2-3 integrations - SOA/ OIC

·       Data conversions using FBDI Templates

·       Should have thorough experience in BIP Reports, ESS Jobs.

·       Basic understanding of Security Roles for BI

·       Should be aware of best practices, quality and naming standards, performance, Code Migration methods and should be able to review code from all aspects

·       Strong Knowledge on ITSM: Incident, Problem, enhancement management processes

·       Very good Experience working in production support projects and associated tasks like monitoring of the individual queues, ticket updates as per SLA, working with stake holders to take the tickets forward and provide effective resolution

·       Strong experience on Performance/ SQL Tuning

·       Should be BE/ BTech / BCA / MCA
