DTTL People Strategy Deputy Manager

The DTTL People Strategy Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives across DTTL. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic projects and initiatives that align with the DTTL and People priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Work You’ll Do

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of the global people strategy. You will work closely with the People leadership and the Strategic Locations Leader to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive critical business priorities in USI, acting as a connector across businesses on the ground. Also serve as a liaison between the USI supporting Deloitte Global leader’s office and the office of the Chief People Officer.
  • Develop agendas and materials for various leadership business council meetings and track progress.
  • Coordinate with USI leaders, Talent, and the Regional Managing Partner's (RMP) office to ensure alignment with Deloitte Global leadership.
  • Support the Deloitte Global Location strategy, and provide strategy & operations support for DTTL professionals, aligning with the business priorities.
  • Facilitate project discussions, lead meetings, and act as the primary liaison between project teams and global leadership.
  • Prepare and present periodic leadership updates, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Developing standard operating procedures including finalizing a playbook for standing up and managing new low-cost locations, as well as existing Global Delivery Center - USI.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, or human capital roles within large, global organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working in a multicultural global environment, frequently collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Proven track record within the Deloitte network or comparable global organization.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility/rapport with senior stakeholders globally and in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience in leading a diverse team with a varied portfolio of services.

Work Location - Hyderabad
Shift Timings - 2:00pm to 11:00pm
