Work you’ll do: As an Activation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our initiatives to life through strategic event management, campaign execution, and communications support. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our programs and initiatives resonate with our global audience and are delivered successfully:
Role Description:
Key Job responsibilities are as below (but not limited to):
· Lead the planning and execution of high-profile special events and supporting communications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
· Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and virtual execution
· Partner with other Culture & Purpose subject matter experts to draft activation strategies for DTTL-wide campaigns
· Collaborate across Culture & Purpose portfolio and with center of expertise leads to develop and edit communications in support of portfolio needs, and aligned with brand standards
· Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, ensuring efficient execution and adhereance to deadlines
· Act as key resource to facilitate Culture & Purpose team connection opportunities, such as virtual team meetings

Experience and Desired Skills/ Capabilities:
· Fluency in English
· Minimum 8 years of experience in events and/or corporate communications
· BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business
· Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual teaming platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
· Expert knowledge of internal communications and events
· Proven ability to execute major events and draft communications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality, error-free output.
· Ability to flexibly manage workload to deliver multiple projects in a fast paced, results- oriented environment.
· Great teaming skills and ability to confidently work autonomously , especially as part of a globally dispersed and fully virtual team
· Ability to manage key stakeholders and contributors at various levels of seniority, from staff to senior executives across Deloitte Global, Deloitte member firms, and external organizations.
