People Analytics Platform Project Specialist

Work Location: USI – Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Educational Qualifications:

Masters / Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

The People Insights (PI) team at Deloitte Global empowers stakeholders through delivery of actionable insights for data-driven decision making, fosters a culture of continuous improvement through analytics excellence, drives innovation through data, and is the go-to resource for evidence-based people strategies. The PI team is part of the larger People Strategy & Operational Excellence team within Global People & Operations.

The People Analytics Platform Project Specialist reports to the Analytics Platform Leader within the People Insights team.

This is a multi-faceted, dynamic role, with 2 key areas of focus:

Community of Practice Management

Visier is our people analytics platform. In this role, you will play a key role in engaging with, communicating with, and developing our user community

Help to establish and own the ongoing management of the Visier Community of Practice for the Deloitte Global user community

Manage communications

    • Liaise with steering committee and SMEs
    • Organize meetings and forums
    • Support user participation
    • Maintain a repository of documentation, best practices, training recordings, and case studies
    • Lead & Coordinate training programs and workshops
    • Manage Microsoft Teams site for knowledge sharing and collaborative workspaces
    • Monitor and evaluate CoP activities, collect & implement feedback, and recognize & reward member contributions

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate across the team and organization to achieve project goals and objectives
    1. Liaise with product owners, business owners, subject matter experts, and development team to coordinate on requirements gathering and documentation, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management, risk management, and status reporting for People Insights projects
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise status reports for stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including capture of notes and action items
  • Coordinate various functions and support team members to ensure the smooth operation of our projects
  • Implement and monitor process changes to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Requirements

5- 7 years of directly related work experience, including

  • Experience with managing and communicating to stakeholder groups such as user or client communities
  • Project analyst experience, preferably HRIS or analytics platforms (such as Successfactors Visier) project experience
  • Work experience that includes one or more of the following: HR analytics experience, functional HR / People team experience (such as HR advisory, Recruiting, Benefits, etc.), HRIS project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including proven ability to collaborate with various levels in an organization
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, with the ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, Deadline Management
