Analyst, Deloitte USI Client & Market Growth (CMG)

Your daily activities will include communicating with the leaders of Deloitte to empower them in positioning the organization and achieving their objectives.
Work you will do
As an Analyst, you will work in an environment where we deal with a lot of processes and stakeholders. You will provide research insights and help the leadership with strategic and tactical inputs to assist them in decision making. You will be responsible for some of the critical areas including, but not limited to:
• Working with the Assistant Manager and Senior Analyst of respective Business Areas on various projects based on business requirements
• Clearly articulating questions and raise any clarifications required at the initial stage of the project
• Conducting in-depth secondary research to collect requested data / information and present it in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format
• Creating standard research deliverables about a market trend, topic / issue, company, executive, or industry
• Designing engaging storyboards/outlines based on research and analysis
• Proactively keeping the Assistant Manager informed about the project status at all times
• Setting up process for deliverables and bringing in new ideas and suggestions
• Independently working on projects and collaborating with the team members and share leading practices
• Ensuring project is meeting the set standards of quality and project requirements
• Effectively switch between projects and adhere to the project timelines
• Assisting/initiating development of templates for various deliverables/projects
• Identify the leading industry practices and implement in the engagements
• Defining project standards, knowledge of methodologies, and understanding of process improvement initiatives

Qualification and Experience
Required:
• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM: Marketing (60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlogs)
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written
• Excellent project management skills
• High order of analytical and reasoning skills
• Demonstration of strategic and business perspective
• Demonstration of client centricity in all deliverables produced
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and produce desired outcome
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru (depending on the team you will be assigned to)
Work timings: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. OR 2 p.m. – 11 p.m. (depending on the team you will be assigned to)
