Senior Analyst, M365 IT Support

     Work you will do

·       IT support in Microsoft 365 - MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Zoom, Miro

·       Support in the application and consulting for new projects.

·       Depending on current requirements and personal talents and interests, we will define the current tasks together

·       Curiosity and enjoyment of interacting and dealing with people

 

    Role Specific Responsibilities

As part of this team, you will be responsible for 'IT support in Microsoft 365 - MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Zoom, Miro

·       Resolve SNOW tickets

·       Be part of an Assignment Group

·       Raise and keep track of incidents, requests and problems

·       Application maintaining and installation of software updates (if needed)

·       Monitor performance of application and infrastructure

·       Documentation of the implemented service and dependencies

·       Regular review of the service documentation, maintenance Service offering, Assignment/Support Group, KB-article

·       Knowledge of incident management processes at the vendor

·       Knowledge of the contract details, SLA etc.

·       Manage access to / authorizations within application / service

·       Complete (annual) license / access review   The Team

  Education: B.E/B.Tech or Any other equivalent degree

  Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years

  Location: Hyderabad

     Must Haves

·       Strong IT affinity, high interest in technical solutions

·       Curiosity, enjoy challenges and working in a team

·       Very good communication skills, professional customer orientation

·       High degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and independence

·       Tools exposure - Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint / One Drive, Zoom & Miro
