Sr Analyst – HIMS – Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services

The Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services function is accountable for system administration, Cloud Infrastructure administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal and external clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.

Work you’ll do

Our team in Hyderabad is seeking an Sr Analyst, in HIMS.  As a Sr Analyst in this team, the individual is expected to have a strong knowledge of Cloud Administration AWS/Azure/GCP to help with optimization, enhancements and automation

The candidate will focus on daily operational activities and re-asses them for any optimization and implement automations if required.

Responsibilities

Strategic

        Exploring ways of improving processes and procedure to support our clients.

        Implement automation in cloud space to optimize and reduce manual efforts.      

        Work alongside the other teams, to constantly review and where possible, improve our services.

Operational

  • Develop Automated Solutions: Design and develop automated solutions for cloud-based infrastructure, such as scripts and code to provision and configure resources.
  • Maintain and Optimize Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Responsible for ensuring that cloud-based infrastructure is maintained and optimized. Monitor performance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and make necessary changes to optimize system performance.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Processes: Responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes for cloud-based infrastructure. Ensure that changes are tested, approved, and deployed in an automated and secure manner.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Work with IT security and compliance teams to implement security and compliance controls and ensure that they are being followed.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Work closely with other IT teams, including developers, operations, and security teams. Collaborate with these teams to ensure that cloud-based infrastructure meets the organization’s requirements and can support its goals.
  • Defining, creating, and maintaining processes required to support production and development environments through the use of automation scripts, third party tools, utilities, or custom code
  • Review and influence new and evolving design, architecture, standards, and methods for internal DevOps services and systems.
  • Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
  • Methodical and detailed approach towards accomplishing tasks.
  • Ability to work with and on teams and with minimum supervision
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Professional DevOps Engineer GCP

        Process improvement tracking and continual service improvement management.

        Contribute to the creation of technical working documents and procedures

        Able to work as part of a geographically separated team.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

·       3.5-5.5 years’ experience in a similar role with an Enterprise organisation.
