Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice is dedicated to aligning our clients' people issues with their overall business strategy. We help them develop and implement solutions that integrate people with business strategy. We leverage research, analytics and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership and change programs.
As a part of the Human Capital team, you will be collaborating with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and execute those through technology enabled transformation. We support our clients’ organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Hiring for roles: Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant
Initial 5 months will be as a Fixed Term Hire (probation) where Deloitte would invest in your training requirements. At the end of 5 months, Deloitte would look to confirm you in full time roles based on your performance and interest.
Educational Qualifications:
Full-time graduation (B.E. / B.Tech / B. Statistics / B.C.A / B.Sc.) and/or Masters (M.C.A. / M.Sc. / MBA / M.Tech / MS)
Skills and Experience:
2 to 10 years of professional experience, with a career gap of more than 6 months from the previous job.
- Experience/certification and training(s)/interest in one or more of the following areas:
- SAP Functional Support/Enhancement (Modules: Compensation, Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding)
- Oracle Technical/Functional Support/Enhancement (Modules: Payroll, Compensation, HCM Cloud Integration Skills)
- Oracle Technical/Functional Implementation (Modules: Integrations, Payroll, Compensation, OTL, ORC, Talent & Learn)
- Instructional Designing and Change Management
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new emerging technologies and areas not previously worked on
- Willingness to take up challenges, understand key business need, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solution sustainable, and develop competency for the team
- Clear and concise communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills – willingness to participate in team and client meetings, workshops/trainings, and present recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to pursue collective team goals
