Analysts at Deloitte will need to:

  • Delivery of specific capability in technology consulting
  • Understand the business of the client and their key business issues
  • Map the client’s business into ERP/CRM/information management products and technologies
  • Configure and build the client’s business processes in SAP/Oracle/Cloud-based products
  • Test and validate end to end business processes
  • Prepare clients for supporting the system in a production environment
  • Support clients' operational ERP systems to ensure there is innovation and the system meets changing business requirements of the client

The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Solutions Offered:

  • ServiceNow – Service Transformation The practice defines, designs, builds, delivers and runs Service Transformation programs based on ServiceNow. The teams advise, implement, and enhance transparency in terms of costs and risks, and improve compliance and efficiency across programs and operations. Teams also transform technology delivery and value by improving IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Financial Management processes, technology, data, and organizations.
  • Technology Business Management Transformation - Deloitte Technology Business Management (TBM) makes the technology function more effective so it can deliver more value to the business. In many organizations, technology is the place to go for transparency and useful metrics about different parts of the business. For example, what is the return on assets? How can clients track the cost of goods sold? Or what is the cost of acquiring new customers? Yet, many organizations have a blind spot: they don’t ask those same questions about the technology function itself. Many technology leaders do not have a handle on what their technology function is doing, why, how well, or the outcome that their work is delivering. The ideal approach is one that puts the whole picture together. As defined and offered by Deloitte, TBM includes:

Emerging ERP Solutions (EERPS):

The EERPS team focuses on implementing cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, and Infor. Cloud- based ERP applications differentiates themselves from on-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle. Deloitte is recognized as a leader in complex business transformations that leverage Workday and Infor ERP solutions. The quality of our services has earned our designation as a Workday Global Strategic Partner and Infor Partner of the year for Healthcare and for HCM 2018. At EERPS, we primarily work with our clients on Finance and Supply Chain Transformation projects where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction. EERPS engagements are about more than implementing technology – we work to develop business processes and configure software to support our clients achieve their strategic goals through sustainable business outcomes. EERPS professionals have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across networks. We have worked with both Workday and Infor to advance their roadmap, enhance product development, co-develop integrations, and serve as our clients’ advocate to share lessons learned from implementation.
