CIS Digital CARE Analyst
As a CIS Digital CARE Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will learn new application platforms, develop, and deploy complex and comprehensive software solutions at an enterprise level. You will Identify key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and define the problem by what it is and what it is not. You will work with functional and technical teams on projects located across shores to solve medium to complex issues and implement solutions across the technology as required by clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions following established technical design, application enhancement standards and quality processes in projects
- Interact with onsite clients, US teams & analysts, offshore development teams, support teams and other cross-functional teams
- Identify and prioritize issues to resolve them
- Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of recurrent issues
- A team player with the will and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Identify issues encountered during product implementations and system integrations
- Assist clients with the parameterization and configuration necessary to deliver the functionality defined
- Support and collaborate for all testing phases with clients and other teams
- Advise clients on testing strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation
- Serve as the client’s application expert, ensuring system stability and existing system set up supports workflow decisions
- Identify, analyze, and document client business requirements
- Report and track metrics to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
- Document common problems, issues, and solutions to ensure comprehensive documentation is available for continued learning and future reference
The team
CBO practitioners work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large scale ground-up custom developed applications, to cloud based development and integration services as well as customizing industry sector focused packages. As a healthcare provider/ EMR capability hire on this team, you would get multiple varied opportunities to work on all adjacent area technologies along with Epic solutioning and implementations.
Prior Experience:
- Preferred 0-2 years of work experience in EMRs (like Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Allscripts, etc.) or strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
Skills / Project Experience - Required:
- · Ability to quickly upskill and understand healthcare and client workflows
- · Ability to perform system builds and configurations in any EMR
- · Good interpersonal and communication skills
- · Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
