Work you’ll do

In your role at Deloitte, you would be responsible for

·       Understand the business of the client and their key business issues

·       Understanding general business processes and applicability to clients from different industries.

·       Identify opportunities to bring efficiencies to client business processes through process re-engineering

·       Help resolve specific client problems through innovation. Use NextGen technologies like Digital, Blockchain, Automation etc. to implement innovative solutions for client problems.

·       Map the client Business Process into ERP/CRM/Information Management Products and technologies

·       Review and understand the client requirements and current pain areas. Map requirements into ERP/CRM/Information Management Products and technologies

·       Understand industry best practices for your core functional area. Map them to client’s current practices and suggest improvements

·       Work with project leads to configure and build the client business processes in SAP/Oracle/ Cloud based Products

·       Test and Validate end to end Business processes in SAP/Oracle/ Cloud based Products

·       Enable clients to support their business processes in a production environment
