CBO - Operations Transformation | CPB Business Analyst
At Deloitte’s USI Core Business Operations (CBO) we are looking for individuals to be part of our Operations Transformation consulting, with relevant experience in Process Transformation. The Operations Transformation offering is focused on “heart of the business” issues and is aimed at helping clients create a flexible, innovative business model supported by strong operations foundation.
Our Process Bionics group provides a modernized, powerful and differentiated solution to approach process transformation. We combine deep sector knowledge with an automated, technology- driven approach to create a solution that helps clients achieve their goals around cost management, operational efficiencies, and improved competitiveness.
Work You Will Do
Deloitte’s ‘Operations Transformation’ offering works with clients across industries and sectors to help them address the entire range of top management challenges including addressing business issues, pursuing growth opportunities, developing target operating models and driving innovation and operations excellence across all business functions.
Your work will entail the following:
Client Engagements:
· Work with the client management team to develop content in accordance with the needs and objectives of the engagement
· Aid in large-scale business model transformations and regulatory compliance with industry specifications, standards and laws
· Breakdown the strategic vision of client through a business-oriented lens to identify financial and operational drivers and performance trends
· Participate in interviews, workshops and training sessions and support team and client through the project
· Leverage sector experience and knowledge of process transformation to discover and analyze processes, identify opportunity areas to enable business transformation, implement process transformation using next-generation techniques, and enable continuous improvement via ongoing monitoring, tracking and maintenance
· Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data, draw conclusions and build strategic insights for the client based on quantitative and qualitative research
· Work in a global delivery model with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams managing large, confidential and complex data sets
Business Development:
· Gain domain knowledge, and contribute in developing “thoughtware” and “point-of-view”
documents, and tools / methodologies specific to your industry domain
· Assist in Proposal Development and Orals

Core Business Operations is an integrated set of Offerings that addresses our clients’ heart-of-the- business issues. This Portfolio combines our functional and technical capabilities to help clients transform, modernize, and run their existing technology platforms. Moreover, this Portfolio seeks to enhance our clients’ business operations, and help them take advantage of new technologies. As our clients navigate dynamic and disruptive markets, these solutions are designed to help them drive product and service innovation, improve financial performance, accelerate speed to market, and operate their platforms to innovate continuously.
As a Portfolio, ‘Operations Transformation’ practice brings deep industry experience, rigorous analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset to solve clients' most complex business problems. Within OT, professionals shall be required to DESIGN the enterprise operating model required to deliver an organization’s strategic intent. They shall LEAD solutions and programs that translate the strategy into executable initiatives and EXECUTE and SUSTAIN tailored solutions through Operations Transformation offerings, combined with other portfolios, offerings, and functions.
Desired Profile/ Qualifications
Core Consulting Skills
· Clear and concise communication – conduct client interviews, participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations
· Good client presence – interact and build relationships with clients/ senior stakeholders and other team members
· Analytical Thinking - ability to perform detailed, quantitative analysis and research (primary and secondary). Synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data
· Logical structuring – structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of client problems
· Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate with team members and others to resolve and / or escalate issues as necessary
Qualifications
· Required - MBA graduates with 0 to 1 year of Prior Experience.
