Job description:

• Delivery of specific capability in technology consulting
• Understand the business of the client and their key business issues
•   Map the client’s business into ERP/CRM/information management products and technologies
• Configure and build the client’s business processes in SAP/Oracle/Cloud-based products
• Test and validate end to end business processes
• Prepare clients for supporting the system in a production environment
• Support clients' operational ERP systems to ensure there is innovation and the system meets changing business requirements of the client

Enterprise Operations as a Service (EOaaS) Offering

Overview: The EOaaS Offering addresses clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology (Oracle/SAP) and process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements. We focus on 6 core industries: Consumer; Technology, Media & Telecom; Energy, Resources & Industrials; Financial services; Life Sciences and Health Care and Government & Public Services; which is further divided into a range of sectors within each industry. Professionals in EOaaS offering provide clients with comprehensive solutions to help them better manage the critical business of information technology.

·       Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations

·       Adhere to compliance requirements from Business KPI’s perspective
