Data Management -Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Data Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the on-going qualitative and quantitative data management initiatives. Analyst employs an array of data management techniques and frameworks to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of key attributes, taxonomies and metrics are managed in the Firm’s systems.
Supports data management processes that include workflow, validation and data cleansing activities, entity data management, hierarchy maintenance, taxonomy, contacts and opportunity data management
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently follows pre-defined, repeatable data management processes.
- Managing end-to-end basic Data Quality Management processes (e.g., Client Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, etc.) and make significant enhancements to complex Data Quality Management processes (e.g., Data Change Monitoring, Data Assumptive Techniques, etc.)
- Managing basic Client Segmentation processes
- Support basic Data Source Intelligence processes (e.g., Source Evaluation, Source Identification, etc)
- Making significant enhancements (find new external data, execute adds/deletes, etc.) to basic Client Data Integration processes (e.g., Data Match/Merge, Data Change Management, Data Source Integration, etc.)
- Designing basic Business Process Improvement processes (e.g., Common Methodology Identification, Research Optimization, etc.)
- Understanding the critical importance of achieving deadlines and identifies issues that may impact on our service delivery
- Creates and owns process documentation and training materials
- Self-trains on supplemental skills for data management methodologies through e-room, publications, etc
- Executes processes that support data integrity within standard and non-standard firm systems
- Supports basic extract, transformation, and load (ETL) of external information into common storage platform
- It demands flexibility to work within different shifts as DMS continues to expand & offer services in Asia Pacific region (SEA, Korea, Japan, Taiwan)

Shift Timings: 6:30AM- 3:30AM or 2PM – 11PM
Experience: 0-2.5yrs

- Identify and suggest process changes to improve quality or efficiency
- Works towards becoming a subject matter expert on projects
- Always maintain high quality standards for all projects
- Executes business processes to deliver high quality output
- Understands current processes and how they interrelate across area of responsibility
- Follows and delivers output from business processes
- Understands improvement concepts and tools
- Looks for areas of improvement in immediate area of responsibility
- Advance knowledge of SQL
Education Requirement: Any graduate/Post Graduate with excellent documentation and data management skills
