Learning Operations - Associate Analyst
Are you someone who is passionate about learning, is themselves a life-long learner, and has demonstrated the drive, desire, and commitment to a long-term plan in this area. You will be a member of the Core Talent Services – Development – US Learning Delivery team working with various Centers of Excellence and their managers to support the learning and development needs of the various businesses across US offices.
Work you’ll do
Your job role includes support all learning administration and operations work:
· Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
· Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
· Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and other learning related reports
· Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
· Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
· Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
· Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
· The work requires that you work in 2 PM -11 PM India Time
The team
CRM team is the backbone of all of learning support activities that happen before, during and after the delivery of the programs. Our team is involved in planning process and is extensively relationship driven. Customer trust is the key element for the success and smooth running of Learning Delivery Operations. As a CRM specialist you will be required to build relationship with your stakeholders and US counterparts as the nature of function is 1-1
Qualifications
Required:
· Any Bachelors Degree
· Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
· Intermediate excel skills
· Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable
